Refund Policy
At OGC, we are committed to providing transparent, quality care and services. Below is our policy regarding payments and refunds for personal shopping, medication pickup, and residential care.

Personal Shopping Services
Clients or their families are responsible for the cost of all personal shopping items, including but not limited to clothing, toiletries, household items, and specialty requests. Our staff may assist with shopping and pickup, but purchases are made using client funds, and we do not offer refunds for shopping-related expenses. Returns or exchanges must be handled directly by the family or responsible party with the original store and receipt.
Medical Services

Families are responsible for the full cost of all medications, which are paid for independently. Our staff can assist with prescription pickups and delivery, but OGC does not manage or refund any medication costs, regardless of usage or changes in prescription.
🏡 Residential Care & Rent Policy
Monthly Rent
Rent at our licensed group home begins at $6,000 per month, depending on care needs and services.
A deposit is required at the time of contract signing. The deposit amount is negotiable and will be clearly outlined in your admission agreement.
Move-Out or Death
If a client moves out unexpectedly or passes away, the full monthly rent is still due for that billing cycle. We do not prorate or refund rent once a month has begun.
Refunds Before Move-In
If a client cancels before move-in, the initial deposit will be refunded in full.
However, first month’s rent is non-refundable once paid, regardless of move-in status.
📌 Summary of Key Points
